Thank you to all who worked Thursday night! Here are the numbers:

Gross receipts: $1947.00 (does not include the $625 start up money from the beginning of the game)

Costs: $1290.24 (Coke), $347.85 (other items)

Net Profit: $308.91

Chick-Fil-A Calendar Fundraiser

We started our first fundraiser of the year on Monday, August 16. We are selling Chick-Fil-A calendars for $8 each. All information was sent home with the students and is also on the forms, documents, and letters page. Thanks in advance for helping us raise money for the band!

Scrimmage Game Concessions

What a great evening for our concession stand. I want to commend everyone who was involved on Friday! Thanks to each and every booster who came and worked the game. Thank you as well to the many band members who came and worked VERY hard over the course of the night. A special thanks to Red and Sally with assistance from Tammy for organizing such a successful night. Thank you to Cheryl for getting the financial accounting done so quickly!

So, here are the numbers:

Total receipts: $2,530

Product Costs: $758

Net Profit: $1,770

Pictures for the football program will be Saturday, August 7. Be in the Band Room in full uniform (no gloves), with hat and instrument by 9:45. Seniors should make arrangements to have their parents/family with them for senior program pictures.
